Online Particle Counter - QualiOPC™ 500
Oil Particle Counter systems are used when contamination has to be tracked continuously while equipment remains in service. QualiOPC™ 500 is designed for real-time monitoring of particulate contamination in hydraulic oil, lubricants, and other industrial fluids, helping users measure particle levels online and assess cleanliness without interrupting machine operation.
This model combines online and offline testing capability, light-blocking particle detection, a semiconductor laser light source, and continuous automatic monitoring. This Online Particle Counter configurable cleanliness standards, communication output, optional water-content sensing, and data storage options that make the system suitable for plant monitoring, predictive maintenance, and fluid condition control.
QualiOPC™ 500 is an online Oil Particle Counter developed for continuous contamination monitoring in hydraulic and lubrication systems. It is intended to give users real-time particle count data and cleanliness assessment so they can respond faster to rising contamination levels, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve maintenance planning.
The system supports both online and offline operation, which gives laboratories and industrial users more flexibility for installed monitoring and spot-check verification. It uses a high-performance large-size particle counting sensor, a 7-inch industrial display with Android-based control, configurable calibration curves, and result storage through built-in printing, software database storage, and USB export.
