Packaging Clamp Force Tester – QualiCFT™ 3000 Clamping Force Testing Machine is used for simulation during the loading and unloading of packages by clamp vehicles. It measures the clamping force between two pieces of plywood impacting the package and goods, testing and evaluating the package’s clamp strength.

Major Part 

1. Column: Utilize a 4-column structure with high-strength materials to prevent deformation and ensure stability during testing.
2. Clamp Fixation Splint: Constructed from high-strength I-beam steel, with 3 pieces on each side to maintain balanced strength.
3. Triangle Bracket: Used to secure the crossbeams on the clamp fixation splints.
4. Computer Control Box: Equipped with user-friendly system control software for easy operation.
5. Right Clamping Plate: Made from high-strength aluminum to ensure the plates remain parallel and maintain uniform strength.
6. Ball Screw: Features a positive and negative screw structure to ensure synchronous operation on both sides, eliminating gaps and ensuring displacement accuracy during testing.
7. Up and Down Crossbeam: Made from #45 steel plate with a linear slide rail to prevent gaps and deformation during sliding.
8. Force Sensor: Includes 6 force sensors to ensure power deviation during testing is within 1%, and force accuracy across 5 test points.
9. Baseplate: Welded from #45 steel for high strength and resistance to deformation.
