Pneumatic Dynamic Penetrometer – QualiDCP-P is designed for light (10 kg) and medium-heavy (30 kg) dynamic penetration testing in accordance with ISO 22476-2 (which supersedes DIN 4094-3). This pneumatic DPL and DPM testing system is a cost-effective, user-friendly, and dependable solution for conducting light dynamic penetration tests to depths of approximately 10 to 12 meters.

The system features a pneumatic power pack equipped with a four-stroke gasoline engine and a maintenance-free air compressor, all housed within a durable frame with a built-in carrying handle. It includes a robust hammering unit with an integrated air cylinder and supports a 10 kg drop weight (with an optional additional 20 kg), a 50 cm drop height, and an automated pressure release valve delivering approximately 20 blows per minute.

Air is routed through the frame’s tubing, allowing it to dissipate excess heat. The unit also comes with a holder for the connection piece that attaches to the upper sounding rod. The total net weight, including rods and accessories, is approximately 130 kg.
