Portable Color Spectrophotometer – Colorimeter QualiSpec-700D Features

Excellent inter-station consistency dE*ab≤0.25
The QualiSpec-700D ensures exceptional inter-instrument agreement with advanced technology. Utilizing BCRA standard color tiles for color transfer and value tracing, it guarantees outstanding desk-to-desk consistency across upstream and downstream companies.

Ultra-high repeatability accuracy: dE*ab < 0.025
Repeatability accuracy is a key metric for evaluating a spectrophotometer's precision. The QualiSpec-700D features an advanced photoelectric test system, delivering unmatched repeatability accuracy compared to similar products. Its repeatability is rigorously evaluated against stringent standards, showcasing its exceptional performance.
The calibration white tile is a zirconium reference with a Mohs hardness of 9 to calibrate the instrument, which guarantees the long-term stability of the instrument
Unlike traditional spectrophotometers, this device eliminates the need for frequent manual calibration. Simply placing it on the calibration base enables automatic calibration, adjusting its functions and accuracy based on its condition and environmental factors, ensuring constant stability and readiness.
Calibration of the white tile is critical to the instrument's performance. Leveraging extensive research and investment, we use zirconium materials—dubbed "artificial diamonds"—in the calibration white tile, achieving a Mohs hardness of 9. This ensures a scratch-resistant surface that remains unaffected by temperature and humidity changes. Unlike competing products that rely on industrial ceramics or plastics, our zirconium-based tiles provide superior stability, durability, and performance.

Calibrated white tile (artificial diamond zirconium material)
- Mohs hardness: 9
- Spectral reflectance: >90%
- No discoloration due to changes in temperature and humidity
- No discoloration from oxidation
- Ultra-high strength and resistant to scratching
More than 30 measurement parameters and nearly 40 evaluation light sources are available
The QualiSpec-700D spectrophotometer offers over 30 measurement indicators, including spectral reflectance, CIE-Lab, CIE-LCh, ΔE*ab, covering power, whiteness, and yellowness. With nearly 40 selectable evaluation light sources, such as A, B, C, D50, D55, and D65, it covers almost all color measurement indicators and light source types in the industry.

Supports 4 apertures
The QualiSpec-700D spectrophotometer supports four aperture sizes—Φ11mm, Φ6mm, Φ3mm, and 1×3mm—offering flexibility for diverse sample testing scenarios.

Built-in HD camera for clear viewing of measured area
The QualiSpec-700D spectrophotometer includes a camera that captures images of the measurement area, ensuring precise localization and eliminating errors from incorrect area selection.

Support Android, Apple, mobile APP
The QualiSpec-700D spectrophotometer connects seamlessly with mobile phones via the Color Meter App, enabling effortless sharing of color data without manually conveying color values for samples or objects. The app also identifies the closest color matches across various color card sets.
Users can create personalized color databases by inputting color card information for printing, paint, and textiles. These libraries can be uploaded to the cloud for easy processing and sharing across devices.
For business users, the app allows the creation and management of custom color card libraries and color recipes in the cloud. These can be shared with clients through a unique invitation code, streamlining collaboration and color management.

Use the powerful PC-based colour management system ColorExpert*
The QualiSpec-700D spectrophotometer includes the ColorExpert software, a Windows-based color management system. It connects to the spectrophotometer via Bluetooth or USB and offers four functional modules: My Color, Color QC, Color Matching System, and Personal Center, providing comprehensive color management capabilities.
My ColorUsers can build their own color library by collecting or creating entries from hundreds of shared libraries. With shared accounts between the PC software and mobile app, color library data seamlessly syncs across devices.
Color QCThe PC software allows users to calibrate, measure, and configure the spectrophotometer. Colors from the cloud database can be used as specimens to measure color differences, view spectrograms, color difference graphs, and trial data, and export detailed test reports as needed.
Color matchingThe system streamlines color matching by automating formula calculations in the formula center after measuring a sample's color. It ensures precise color matching by automatically adjusting the formula, making it ideal for computerized color matching in industries like paint, coatings, printing, and textiles.
Personal centreUsers can manage personal information, search for or remove connected instruments, oversee downstream users, and organize color libraries shared with them.
