Portable Ultrasonic Hardness Tester - UCI-3000H Introduction:
The UCI-3000H Portable Ultrasonic Hardness Tester is a classic portable Ultrasonic Hardness Tester developed by Qualitest North America. It uses the ultrasonic contact impedance method for hardness testing on-site or in the laboratory.
The UCI-3000H portable ultrasonic hardness tester features a modular design, compatible with portable probes HP-1K, HP-2K, HP-5K, and HP-10K. It is suitable for testing the hardness of small forgings, cast materials, weld inspections, heat-affected zones, ion-nitrided stamping dies and molds, forms, presses, thin-walled parts, bearings, tooth flanks, and more.
Capable of testing the hardness of ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, and alloys, the UCI-3000H is an ideal instrument for assessing HRA, HRB, HRC, HV, HBW, and HS hardness values on-site, on the assembly line, or in the lab.
Additionally, the UCI-3000H can be upgraded with motorized probes such as MP-300, MP-500, MP-800, and MP-1000, providing similar functionality to the UCI-3000M.

Application:
- Measure the hardness of flange edges, gear root stampings, molds, sheets, surface-hardened teeth and gear grooves, and taper parts.
- Conduct hardness measurements on axles, thin-wall pipes, and containers.
- Measure the hardness of wheels and turbine rotors.
- Assess the hardness of bit blades.
- Conduct hardness measurements on welding parts.
- Measure certain aperture depth, deep dents, convex marks with greater radian, and irregular planes.
- Determine the hardness of most ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, and other alloys in industrial production.
