Portal Bridge Gantry Type Brinell Hardness Tester - EP-3000
Portal Bridge Gantry Type Brinell Hardness Tester - EP-3000 is a fully automated Brinell hardness tester featuring integrated Brinell milling surface preparation, indentation, and measurement—all housed within a smart rotating turret. A robotic system controls the turret, allowing movement in multiple directions (XYZR) across various frame sizes.
The fixed, stable table (6,000 mm long) accommodates samples of any weight or size without restrictions. A bridge structure moves along the XYR axis to access multiple test points with exceptional precision. The software controls turret movements, enabling automated sequences for milling, indentation, and measurement.

Test loads: From 10 kgf to 3000 kgf (98.07 to 29421 N).

The entire test cycle is completed in under one minute, with milling, indenting, and reading controlled by a single input. Surface preparation is fully programmable, allowing adjustments to milling depth (up to 5 mm) and RPM based on the material being tested.
Our portals feature motorized axes for precise movement of the stand, crossbar, and head. The advanced mechanical design of the measuring head enables the EP-3000 to test small parts and surfaces near edges with ease.
