Precision Electric Heating Freeze Dryer – QualiFD™ PEH Series
An Electric Heating Freeze Dryer like the QualiFD™ PEH Series is an in-situ Electric Heating Freeze Dryer Machine built to automate freezing, sublimation, and drying in one controlled chamber. Shelf heating plus programmable control helps teams run repeatable cycles while reducing handling steps that can introduce contamination. The QualiFD™ PEH Series supports flexible manual mode for process development and automatic mode for routine batches.
QualiFD™ PEH Series is designed for pre-freezing and in-situ drying with controlled shelf heating and adjustable heating rates. A transparent acrylic chamber door supports visual observation during the full freeze-drying process.
A safety diaphragm inflation valve supports inert-gas connection and controlled backfill after drying to help protect sensitive materials. PID shelf temperature control is intended to minimize shelf-to-shelf temperature differences and improve drying uniformity. The controller stores many recipes with multi-segment temperature programming and records cold-trap temperature, sample temperature, and vacuum curves for review and printing.
