Process Thermostat performance is often the difference between repeatable results and costly temperature drift. Precision Heating Temperature Control System – QualiHeat™ PH Series is a recirculating heater and temperature controller designed to deliver stable thermal-fluid temperature from 50°C to 200°C for reactor jackets, heat exchangers, and pilot-scale process skids.

The platform supports high-flow circulation to improve heat transfer and shorten ramp and recovery time. A closed-loop control architecture helps maintain steady setpoints under changing process loads. Custom configurations are available for specific flow, interface, and integration needs.

QualiHeat™ PH Series is a high-temperature Process Thermostat built for continuous heating and controlled circulation in process and R&D environments. The system regulates a heat-transfer medium and pumps it through an external loop to control jacketed vessels, reactors, or tooling.

A touchscreen HMI supports setpoint control, temperature trending, and recording for day-to-day production work. Control targets can be configured for either the heat-transfer medium temperature or outlet temperature, depending on how your process is instrumented. Communication via MODBUS RTU over RS-485 supports basic automation and data logging.
