The preparation of samples for tape peeling tests is performed using a standard rubber roller to roll and adhere the tape onto a steel plate or specific material. Manual application of the tape can be inconsistent and easily affect the test results. However, by using a motorized rolling roller to make the samples, the consistency and stability of the adhesion can be ensured. The QualiMRAT Motorized Roller for Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive Tape Testing operating interface features a 5-inch touchscreen, providing a simple and clear user interface. The rolling speed can be freely set between 50 to 1200mm/min, and up to 99 reciprocating rolls and a maximum adhesive distance of 300mm can be programmed.
