Specimen stick test area can use either a 1/2 x 1 inch or a 1 x 1 inch size. A 2kg load is applied to the specimen, with a counterweight hanging from the lower end. The timer stops automatically when the specimen detaches from the stainless steel plate. If the specimen remains attached when the time is up, measure the distance it has moved.
