This workstation utilizes a collaborative robot with spraying and drying functions, enabling the automatic and rapid preparation of standard-size specimens for testing. It features  the following features:

• Portable robot hand with a high degree of automation, integrating automatic panel retrieval, automatic spraying, and automatic drying.
• Equipped with a treatment device for spraying waste gas: the automatic water channel and water curtain provide dry and wet treatment simultaneously, aiming to avoid air pollution.
• Built-in integrated drying device.
• Offers two optional clamping methods for test panels: two 30mm diameter vacuum suction devices are used during feeding to compensate for any height inconsistencies in test panels, while an air claw clamping mode is used during unloading.
• Uses a Graco 24P993 spray gun for spraying, featuring a 1.0mm nozzle diameter, adjustable spraying range via pressure, atomization pressure ranging from 0 to 0.7MPa, spraying pressure ranging from 0 to 0.7MPa, and feeding pressure ranging from 0 to 0.7MPa. The pressure can be automatically adjusted, enabling control of coating flow and automatic control of spraying patterns.
• Features a pressure-feeding device for coating and solvent, with an automatic color change valve switching device installed. After spraying, it can switch to the solvent pipeline for cleaning, and finally switch to the air pipeline to clean any residual solvent.
• Equipped with a 2KW baking room capable of reaching a maximum baking temperature of 150°C, allowing for automatic baking of test panels after spraying.
• Includes active exhaust and filtration functions, with the water curtain utilizing a submerged pump for water circulation. A 1.1KW three-phase AC motor with a wind wheel is used for air exhaust.
