AutoVicat-368-ASTM 12 Station Automatic Vicat Needle Apparatus (For Cement)
The measuring stations are arranged in a rectangular tub (4/4/4), seamlessly integrated into a stainless steel work table.
The test sequence is fully programmable, with testing conducted in a high-humidity environment (>95% moist air).
The system automatically records the start and end of solidification, along with detailed solidification curves.
The drop rod and Vicat needle have a precise weight of 300 g ± 1 g.
To ensure accuracy and consistency, the Vicat needle is automatically cleaned by a built-in cleaning device after each puncture.
