Box Compression Tester – 4 Column QualiBCT™ 4 Series
Box Compression Tester – 4 Column QualiBCT™ 4 Series uses a high-precision force sensor to test and directly display the pressure resistance value. It is the most direct equipment for testing the pressure resistance of containers made from cardboard or other materials. It determines the cargo capacity and stacking height of cartons. Suitable for compression and holding tests of various packages and cartons, the test results serve as an important reference for the stacking height of finished packaging boxes and as a crucial basis for packaging box design.

Component Description
- Transmission Structure: Designed for easy maintenance.
- Servo Motor: Drives the compression platen up and down.
- Cross Beam: Double beam structure with high strength to ensure smooth operation.
- Column: Four-column structure to ensure the parallelism of the pressure plate during testing and force equilibrium of each load cell.
- Control Box: Made from sheet metal with electrostatic spraying for good scratch resistance.
- Upper Compression Platen: Welded from #45 steel, it remains undeformed during testing. The thickness can be customized as per client needs.
- Lower Compression Platen: Same as the upper compression platen.
- Load Cell: Uses 4 high-precision load cells with an accuracy of up to 0.5%.
- Computer Control Box: Includes a computer with installed control software for easy operation.
