CNC Lathe – QualiLathe™ 210B
CNC Lathe – QualiLathe™ 210B is a compact CNC lathe equipped with the KY980Tc Turning CNC system (optional Siemens or FANUC system) and supports a multilingual interface. The standard configuration includes an MPG handwheel, an automatic 4-position tool post (optional 8-tool setup), high-quality cast materials, a reinforced guideway, a ball screw system, an automatic lubrication system, and flood coolant, along with an interlocking safety guard.
The XZ-axis motors use servo technology, making this lathe ideal for machining various tough materials, including wax, plastic, acrylic, free-cutting alloys, aluminum, and steel. It is compatible with software like MasterCAM, UG, Fusion 360, and SolidWorks.
Designed for educational settings and small job shops, this lathe performs multiple functions, including turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, end surfaces, taper surfaces, and threading shafts.
Chuck with three jawsThe 100mm (4-inch) self-centering chuck comes with an optional 4-jaw chuck. It features a cast iron spindle box, providing excellent rigidity and stability for precise machining. Equipped with an encoder, the spindle allows for accurate thread cutting. |
