Testing procedures require that concrete samples be cast in standard sizes suitable for evaluating compressive and flexural strength. These molds must meet strict engineering tolerances, and their internal surfaces should have a high-quality finish to align with international standards. To ensure the accuracy of sample dimensions, the molds must retain their shape throughout the casting process.

QCM-FC CAST IRON CUBE MOULD

Designed for quick assembly and disassembly, the structure uses four 45-degree wall panels. Two connected panels can function as a single unit, allowing only two parts to be separated when needed—saving time during setup or reconfiguration.

This concrete cube mold is designed for hardened concrete testing and features a 4-part construction with an attached base plate and clamping system. Made from durable cast iron, its surfaces are precision-machined using a flat grinding machine to ensure accuracy. The mold maintains its shape throughout the specimen preparation process, with no risk of distortion.

This is the most economical mold in its category, made from durable ABS plastic. It is produced using a specialized self-feeding injection molding machine, resulting in a one-piece finish. Lightweight and easy to transport, it offers both convenience and reliability.

QCM-PA150 PLASTIC CUBE MOULD

This sturdy mold is reusable and designed for convenience. Made from two collapsible parts, it allows for quick setup and is easy to carry. It won’t rust and requires minimal maintenance, making it a practical choice for repeated use.

QCM-CU150 POLYURETHANE CUBE MOULD

This one-piece mold is made from tough plastic that resists shock and abrasion, making it ideal for on-site applications. Specimens can be easily ejected using compressed air, and the mold requires only a quick cleaning and light oiling before reuse. It meets the specifications outlined in EN 12390-1.
