Drilling & Milling Center – QualiMill™ 400 is a space- and cost-efficient CNC machine designed for precision and ease of use. It features a high-performance 4-axis milling CNC controller with a multi-language interface. Standard specifications include an MPG handwheel for manual control.
Built with high-quality cast materials, it incorporates high-precision linear guides and ball screws. The XYZ axes operate on AC servo motors, with an optional 4th axis. Additional features include flood coolant, an automatic lubrication system, and a BT30 spindle. The QualiMill™ 400 model offers a high-speed spindle (6,000 RPM, with an optional upgrade to 24,000 RPM).
Designed for 8-station processing, it efficiently handles copper, iron, aluminum, and stainless steel workpieces up to 500mm × 400mm. Fully compatible with common machining centers, it supports drilling, tapping, milling, engraving, and more. Its rigid, anti-deformation structure makes it ideal for stainless steel processing, accommodating tapping up to 8mm and drilling up to 10mm.
