Injection Molds
Customizable injection molds are available for the micro injection molding machine to support the preparation of standard test specimens. Molds can be designed to comply with international testing standards such as:
- ISO 527 – Tensile test specimens
- ASTM D638 – Standard dumbbell-shaped tensile bars
- ISO 178 – Flexural test bars
- ASTM D790 – Flexural strength test specimens
- ISO 179 / ASTM D256 – Impact test specimens (Charpy/Izod)
Molds are manufactured from wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant steel with high dimensional accuracy (±0.01 mm) and mirror-polished cavity surfaces.
