System Structures
- The machine uses a dual-channel design, comprising a bag feeding system, spout feeding system, heat sealing system, bag unloading system, rejecting mechanism, transition machine, control system, and machine base.
- The bag feeding system includes a bag positioning mechanism, a bag taking mechanism, and a bagging mechanism. The bag taking mechanism individually removes finished bags, and the bagging mechanism loads the bags into the bag holder and positions them into the spouts.
- The spout feeding system consists of a vibrating plate and a transition trough mechanism, featuring automatic detection and control of start and stop during the feeding process.
- The heat sealing system includes preheating, heat sealing, and cooling stages, with 1 set of preheating knives, 4 sets of heat sealing knives, and 1 set of cooling knives. Customizable heat sealing and cooling knives are available for different straw specifications.
- Each group of sealing knives has independent temperature control, allowing for separate temperature settings, operation, and debugging.
- The bag collecting system includes a discharging mechanism and a trough changing mechanism. The discharging mechanism moves sealed bags to a middle position, from where they are pushed into the collecting trough. When the trough is full, it is automatically replaced with an empty one.
- The operation interface displays real-time working status, including finished product quantity, date, servo motor parameters, cylinder action parameters, and heat sealing time.
