	Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) Autonomous mobile robot with industrial cobot mounted on a platform for pallet handling. Includes safety features for collision prevention, battery-powered operation with charger and docking station. Equipped with AMR control and programming software, integrated robot guidance vision sensor, and wireless communication for software control.
	Automated Storage & Retrieval Station (ASRS) The ASRS features a dedicated 4-axis robot that transfers parts between storage cells and conveyor pallets. It is managed and monitored through a central control console and can be equipped with RFID and other tracking devices for inventory and location management.
	UV Laser Marking System The autonomous mobile robot transfers parts from the CNC mill to the laser marking system. The marking machine handles challenging materials, including plastics, reflective metals, and heat-sensitive surfaces. Once marking is complete, the robot moves the part to the next station.
	Central Control Station The central control station includes a vision system, PLC programming software, and MES control software. It features a Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC and supports system communication, automation, and interaction within an Industry 4.0 environment.
	Small CNC Lathe Machining The robot loads parts from the conveyor to the CNC lathe, which can machine various materials including aluminum, brass, plastic, wood, composites, and wax. Once machining is complete, the door opens automatically and the robot transfers the part to the next station.
	Small CNC Center Machining The 3-axis CNC center's door automatically opens as the robot loads parts from the previous station. It can machine a variety of materials, including aluminum, brass, plastic, wood, composites, and wax. Once machining is complete, the door opens again, and the robot transfers the part to the next station.
