• Quick-Change Sample Holder and Head Mount
  The sample holder and the abrasion head mount both swap out quickly, which shortens changeover between setups. The head mount accepts fixtures from Φ6 to Φ12 mm, so cotton, steel wool, and pencil or eraser clamps install on the same machine. A weight fixing rod keeps the applied load steady during each run.
• Digital Control Interface
  The main screen shows live abrasion speed, the target cycle count, the completed count, and an estimated test time. A reset returns the cycle counter to zero, and a fine-adjustment mode positions the abrasion head before a run. A secondary menu sets the interface language, the test speed, and the head fine-adjustment speed.
