Programmable Hi-Speed Spin Coater QualiSC™ 100PA

Programmable Hi-Speed Spin Coater QualiSC™ 100PA is a CE-certified tabletop system designed for coating small substrates up to 100 mm in diameter, with a maximum speed of 10,000 rpm. It features a precision DC servo motor that delivers accurate speed and acceleration control. Substrates can be secured with a vacuum system for thinner samples.

The unit includes an intuitive keyboard and LCD display, allowing users to program up to 12 programs with 6 segments each. Spin duration, speed, and acceleration can be conveniently set from the front control panel. All components are corrosion-resistant, ensuring compatibility with cleanroom environments.

  • Chamber size: 150 mm diameter
  • Includes two PP anti-corrosive vacuum chucks (Ø19 mm and Ø66 mm), capable of holding substrates from 5 mm up to 5 inches in diameter
  • Package includes a 120 L/min oil-free vacuum pump.
