QualiMag™ Auto-B Magnetic Automatic Portable Brinell Hardness Tester
The QualiMag™ Auto-B Automatic Magnetic Brinell Hardness Tester follows the conventional Brinell hardness test method, similar to bench-type Brinell hardness testers. Its testing procedure and accuracy comply with ASTM E10, ASTM E110, and ISO 6506 standards.
Fixed onto the test position of large steel workpieces by magnetic base, this hardness tester enables one-key operation for high-quality test force loading, resulting in precise Brinell hardness measurements. The indentation diameter is obtained through a 40X reading microscope or directly through the Brinell indentation measurement system.
Suitable for various steel materials such as pipes, pipe fittings, bars, and steel plates, it is also ideal for large castings, forgings, shafts, molds, and other large heat-treated parts. Additionally, it is used for on-site hardness testing of installed pipeline engineering, serving as a reliable alternative product to Leeb hardness testers.
Featuring a compact and modern design, the QualiMag™ Auto-B is smaller and lighter compared to the QualiMag™ D Series digital magnetic hardness tester. Activating the magnetic switch and fixing the hardness tester onto the measured workpiece enables one-key operation for automatic test force loading, maintenance, and unloading, thus saving time and effort while ensuring stability.
Equipped with a high-precision force sensor and advanced closed-loop measurement and control motor loading force technology, it delivers accurate and reliable test force values with good consistency. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery allows for convenient disassembly and replacement, making it suitable for continuous multi-shift production and multi-day on-site inspection.
The OLED display provides real-time monitoring of the test procedure status and test force value, facilitating operator convenience. Illumination is provided above the indenter for easy observation and selection of the test position.
