Quick Dryer QualiQD4 Features
The QualiQD4 Quick Dryer features an intelligent design with a fully controllable drying process. When connected to a computer, it records and uploads key data—such as drying time, temperature for each unit, and door status—to the software for real-time monitoring.
If the process stops or ends unexpectedly, the system automatically alerts the user and logs the issue. It also supports connection with a scanner and balance for automatic sample code recognition and accurate tracking of weight changes before and after drying—enabling precise, data-driven control.
A single PC can connect to two dryers simultaneously. The drying temperature can be adjusted from ambient temperature up to 60°C, and both time and temperature can be customized to meet standard requirements for completeness and consistency.
Each system includes three independent drying units, allowing separate operation for maximum efficiency.
