System Structures
- Fully Automatic Rotary Mode Spout Sealing Machine SSM-3000Z includes a spout feeding system, a pouch feeding system, a heat sealing system, a pouch collecting system, a central control system, and a base.
- The spout feeding system comprises a hopper, a vibrating plate, and a slide rail. A photoelectric sensor automatically senses the spout to control the feeding action.
- The pouch feeding system uses pneumatic suction cups for feeding pouches.
- The heat sealing system includes a large turntable, heat sealing knives, and a workstation. It features 6 sets of heat sealing knives: 1 set for preheating, 4 sets for heat sealing, and 1 set for cooling.
- The heat sealing station frame is adjustable to accommodate bags of various sizes. Users can customize heat sealing knives to fit different spouts.
- Each heat sealing knife group has independent temperature control, allowing for individual temperature settings, operation, and debugging.
- The pouch collection system includes a finished product collection table and a recycling table for unsuccessful pouches. It utilizes photoelectric induction and pneumatic control for automatic edge swing, achieving full automation.
- The control panel features a touch screen for setting various parameters and displaying real-time working status, such as the number of finished products, time, success rate, and failure rate.
- The machine includes a 12-channel temperature control system, 9 high-precision pressure regulating valves (with built-in pressure gauge), and 2 to 4 emergency stop buttons, which can be installed as needed. The base is designed for easy disassembly, transportation, and assembly.
