Intelligent Touch-Screen Rotational Viscometer (New) - ViscoQT 2000
The ViscoQT 2000 touch-screen rotational viscometer gives quality control labs and R&D teams a fast, repeatable way to measure the flow behavior of Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids. A 7-inch color touchscreen displays viscosity, rotor speed, and torque percentage, so operators read every value without switching screens. The instrument ships with No. 1 through No. 4 rotors and accepts an optional No. 0 rotor for low-viscosity fluids. The ViscoQT 2000 (New) improves on earlier analog rotational viscometers with better stability, calibration precision, and day-to-day usability.
Operators calibrate the ViscoQT 2000 linearly across the full measurement range from a connected computer, without returning the unit to the factory for service. A timing function holds the rotor at a fixed test interval for thixotropic, shear-thinning samples, which keeps readings consistent from test to test. Built-in unit conversion switches between viscosity units on screen and calculates kinematic viscosity from a dynamic viscosity reading automatically. Test data exports directly to a USB drive, so lab teams can archive results or move them into a LIMS without a printer or manual transcription.
The ViscoQT 2000 is available in two measurement-range configurations to match sample viscosity, from thin liquids to heavy pastes and gels up to 2,000,000 mPa·s. A magnetic rotor coupling lets operators swap spindles quickly and reduces wear on the drive shaft, while a toughened glass base withstands routine lab cleaning without cracking or clouding.
