Semi-Rigid Video Borescope - QualiScope™ S
Semi-Rigid Video Borescope, model QualiScope™ S, uses a shape-holding insertion tube that keeps the bend the operator sets, so the camera pushes through horizontal pipe runs without sagging. Dual-axis lens steering bends the tip up to 210° to line up on cracks, wear, and corrosion, while the tube holds the probe steady once positioned. A million-pixel high-definition probe sends a clear image to a 4.3-inch IPS screen that stays readable in strong outdoor light.
QualiScope™ S captures photos and video up to 1920 × 1080 to a TF card, and PC connectivity moves that data to a computer for analysis and report generation. A rugged, whole-machine waterproof body handles oil, dust, and high-temperature conditions, and a high-temperature alarm warns the operator of abnormal environments to protect the unit. Six high-brightness LEDs with manual dimming light the cavity and control glare. A 2,200 mAh lithium-ion battery powers field and shop work.
The shape-retaining tube makes the QualiScope™ S a fit for long tubes and ducts where a fully flexible probe would droop and lose reach. Maintenance and quality teams use it to inspect engines, pipelines, boiler tubes, and hydraulic cylinders without disassembly. Configurations cover a range of depth-of-field and field-of-view options to match the target.
