Single-channel Linear Mode Corner-Spout Sealing Machine QualiSSM-1600X is specifically designed for the automatic casing and heat sealing of spouts and pouches. It accommodates spouts of various diameters, lengths, and models. As a leading automation solution for corner spout pouches, it is widely used in the packaging of laundry detergent, beverages, oils, edible oils, outdoor folding water containers, and more. This machine can be customized to connect to the filling production line.

Working Principle

The plastic spout is fed through the hopper and the vibrating delivery tray to the ready position. It is then pushed by the plastic spout pushing mechanism to hang on the plastic spout holder and rotate with the rotating disc to the pouch processing station. The pouch to be processed is placed on the pouch fixture on the spout after being taken and turned over (positioned directly above the spout holder). The spouts and pouches move together to the heat sealing station for heat sealing. The spout pouches that have been heat-sealed by the heat sealing blade are pushed by the launching mechanism to the finished pouches station. Rejected pouches are automatically removed as the turntable moves to the rejected pouches station.

System Composition

- The Fully Automatic Linear Mode Corner-Spout Sealing Machine features a single-channel design, comprising a bag delivery system, spout delivery system, cutting system, heat sealing system, bag collecting system, central control system, and base.
- The bag delivery system includes mechanisms for dividing, locating, and delivering bags. The bag dividing mechanism separates bags individually, the delivery mechanism handles transportation, and the locating mechanism corrects positions.
- The spout delivery system includes a vibrating plate, linear vibrating delivery, and rotating spout delivery mechanism, with automatic detection and control of start and stop functions.
- The heat sealing system consists of heat sealing and cooling components, including 4 sets of heat sealing blades and 1 set of cooling blades. Customizable heat sealing and cooling blades accommodate different spout specifications.
- Each set of sealing blades has independent temperature control, allowing for individual temperature settings, operation, and debugging.
- The bag collecting system conveys at a constant speed and automatically arranges the bags for easy product observation and inspection. It also includes a reserved installation position for a coding machine.
- The operation interface displays real-time working status, including finished product quantity, date, servo motor parameters, cylinder action parameters, and heat sealing time.
