Comprehensive water quality monitoring and alarm

• Continuously Regenerating EDI Module: holds output above 15 MΩ·cm with TOC under 30 ppb, with no softener, no chemical dosing, and no resin changeout for that stage
• Two-Stage RO Membrane Train: paired membranes deliver RO water below 5 µS/cm on feed as conductive as 1,500 µS/cm, protecting the EDI stack from hardness
• Up to 99% Contaminant Removal at the Membranes: soluble inorganic ions, soluble organics, microorganisms, and particles all cut before the EDI stage
• 10 or 20 L/h Output: up to 480 liters across a full day, sized for laboratories that draw steadily rather than in bulk
• Automatic Membrane Flushing: adjustable interval and duration sweeps salts off the membrane faces to limit scaling
• Automatic Off-Spec Discharge: permeate that fails the outlet check routes to drain instead of reaching the back end of the train

• 60-Liter PE Tank Construction: double-layer HDPE with an anti-UV outer layer against algae growth, a pure PE inner layer to limit leaching, cone-bottom drain valve, sealed oversize cover, and a compound air filter that absorbs CO₂ and organics
• Tank Instrumentation: an independent pressure sensor, level control module, and LCD readout of level, stored volume, and fill percentage, mirrored on the host screen
• Optional Tank UV Disinfection: an add-on module that sterilizes the stored volume and suppresses bacterial growth
• 5-Inch Capacitive Glass Touchscreen: an 800 × 480 display with selectable themes and dual-language operation

• High-Capacity Ion-Exchange Cartridges: a patented full-droop flow path holds the resin bed against stratification, with 1.36 liters per cartridge and up to 4.08 liters across three positions
