Tablet Hardness Tester - QualiPharma™ THT Series
The QualiPharma™ THT Series tablet hardness tester line measures the mechanical strength of pharmaceutical tablets for quality-control laboratories, drug manufacturers, and inspection institutes. Both models in the series, the QualiPharma™ THT-1350 and QualiPharma™ THT-1550, determine tablet hardness and diameter using a high-precision pressure sensor and a touchscreen-driven interface. The instruments report breaking force in newtons and support manual single-tablet testing as well as automatic continuous runs of up to 100 tablets. Laboratories use the resulting data to verify tablet integrity, confirm batch consistency, and support release decisions.
The two models share a common platform and differ mainly in capacity and display size. The QualiPharma™ THT-1350 covers a 0 to 350 N hardness range on a 5-inch touchscreen and suits routine hardness and diameter checks. The QualiPharma™ THT-1550 extends the range to 500 N, adds a 7-inch display, and reports four physical parameters: hardness, diameter, thickness, and weight. Both handle statistical analysis, report printing, and calibration onboard, so a laboratory can match the model to its throughput and parameter needs.
