• The volatile matter furnace uses a vertical structure with 26 sample positions. The upper chamber handles high-temperature testing, while the lower chamber manages cooling and weighing at lower temperatures, ensuring greater accuracy and improved testing efficiency.
• For moisture and ash analysis, the system accommodates 19 samples plus one blank position per batch.
• Its flexible software allows full customization of testing parameters such as procedure, temperature, and analysis time. The system supports both single and batch sample weighing, providing a convenient and adaptable workflow.
• After completing a moisture and ash test, the furnace cover opens automatically to accelerate cooling, reducing downtime between test cycles and enhancing safety and efficiency.
