Thermal Vacuum (TVAC) Test Chamber – QualiTVAC™ 2400

Thermal Vacuum (TVAC) Test Chamber – QualiTVAC™ 2400

QualiTVAC™ 2400 is designed for large test articles that require temperature cycling and repeatable vacuum stability. The system supports thermal cycling and "cold-black" conditions by combining a large vacuum chamber with a heat sink and heater cage.

A wide range of setpoint and controlled pump-down operations are supported by pressure control. This setup is suitable for advanced electronics and aerospace labs that need consistent, recorded TVAC conditions.

The QualiTVAC™ 2400 is a thermal vacuum (TVAC) test chamber intended for larger-scale space-environment simulation. The thermal hardware regulates the heat transfer boundary surrounding the unit being tested, while the chamber facilitates high-vacuum operation. Nitrogen gas cooling is used in a heat sink assembly to support low-temperature operation; LN2 capability is optional for colder temperatures.

Controlled cycling profiles and exposure to high temperatures are supported by the heater cage. The system is designed for qualification, acceptance, and investigation testing where test confidence and repeatability are important.
