Thermal Vacuum (TVAC) Test System – QualiTVAC™ 1000
TVAC testing assesses aerospace products under controlled temperature cycling and high vacuum to verify stability and dependability in space-like conditions. For unit-level thermal vacuum (TVAC) verification where consistent pressure performance and stable thermal boundaries are necessary, QualiTVAC™ 1000 was created.
In order to facilitate thermal cycling, thermal balance work, and functional checks under vacuum, the system incorporates a vacuum chamber with a heat sink and cold plate. Programs for testing aerospace electronics and subsystems that require standardized, recorded test conditions can benefit from its configuration.
Before deployment, TVAC testing with QualiTVAC™ 1000 helps find temperature-driven drift, sporadic faults, and vacuum-related performance changes. The QualiTVAC™ 1000 is a thermal vacuum (TVAC) test chamber designed to control the test article's thermal environment while simulating low-pressure space conditions.
The heat sink and cold plate offer regulated thermal exposure throughout the designated temperature range, and the vacuum chamber facilitates steady pump-down and high-vacuum operation.
