Three-zone Thermal Shock Chamber Overview:
Application
The Three-Zone Thermal Shock Chamber is suitable for examining entire sets of products, components, parts, and materials exposed to rapid temperature changes. The temperature impact test chamber is used to evaluate test samples promptly, assessing thermal expansion and contraction resulting from changes in chemical or physical conditions.
Three-Zone Thermal Shock Chambers have three independent zones arranged side by side: hot, ambient, and cold. The inclusion of the ambient zone enables three-zone testing. This is achieved by programming the product carrier to automatically transfer the product from the hot zone to the cold zone and back, eliminating a dwell period in the ambient zone.
Test Specifications
It complies with standardized temperature stress tests such as IEC 60068-2-14, Japanese standards JASO D-014-4 and EIAJ ED-2531B Na, and various severity levels of MIL-STD-883H and 202G.
