Touchscreen Video Borescope, model QualiScope™ TS, runs its full inspection workflow from a 5-inch high-resolution touch display, so operators navigate menus, capture images, and mark defects with a tap. The series spans six probe diameters, from a 1.6 mm micro-probe for the tightest tubing to a 6.8 mm probe for larger bores, on a high-density tungsten-braided tube. A dedicated image-processing chip and a two-megapixel lens on the top model give clear, true-to-life images.
QualiScope™ TS guides light through 50,000 optical fibers, and select models add a 5 W fiber-optic source or LED beads for even illumination in dark spaces. A built-in azimuth gyro keeps image orientation steady as the operator moves the probe, and an on-image marking function flags problem areas for the report. Mechanical omnidirectional control rotates the lens a full 360°, while steerable models bend the tip up to four ways. IP67-rated probes on several models allow direct immersion in water.
The portable design and long working time suit both shop and field use. Inspectors reach for the QualiScope™ TS to check corrosion, cracks, welds, foreign objects, and wear inside industrial pipelines and complex equipment.
