Two-Way Articulating Video Borescope - QualiScope™ T
Two-Way Articulating Video Borescope, model QualiScope™ T, steers its camera tip up and down through 180° to guide the lens along bores, welds, and pipes on one access path. Two probe versions, 6.2 mm and 8.5 mm, cover different opening sizes and resolutions, and rotating the probe reaches features off the steering plane. A 4.3-inch IPS screen shows the live image, and the unit captures photos and video to a TF card during the inspection. High-lumen LEDs at the tip light the cavity.
QualiScope™ T ships in a screen version for direct handheld use and a mobile version that feeds phones, diagnostic tools, and computers. Its two-way design keeps the controls simple and the tool light, which suits routine checks where the operator mainly looks up and down. An IP67-rated lens resists dust and water immersion, and a high-temperature alarm shuts the unit down above 90°C to protect the electronics. A 2,600 mAh battery runs about four hours per charge.
Welders, mechanics, and quality inspectors reach for the QualiScope™ T for fast visual checks that would otherwise call for disassembly. Steering life rated at 20,000 cycles and a metal-and-plastic snake tube in lengths up to 5 m suit repeated shop and field use. The two-way format covers a wide share of everyday inspection at a lower cost than four-way or 360° joystick scopes.
