LED UV Curing Conveyor System (365 nm / 395 nm)
The QualiUVCure™ Series UV LED curing machine delivers controlled photopolymerization of inks, coatings, adhesives, and resins across a moving conveyor. Qualitest North America supplies the series in four configurations covering 365 nm and 395 nm output at two irradiation widths. Each unit pairs a solid-state LED array with a variable-speed Teflon belt, so operators match delivered dose to the material chemistry in front of them. Laboratories, production lines, and product development teams use the system for repeatable cure results.
Solid-state emitters replace the mercury and gallium lamps found in older curing tunnels. The change removes ozone generation, extends source life to 20,000 hours, and lowers energy draw per cured part. Heat leaves the array through the back of the module rather than the emission face, which keeps thermally sensitive substrates stable during exposure. Operators gain a cooler process window for films, foils, and electronic assemblies.
Two model families cover different throughput needs. The QualiUVCure™ 200 units expose a 100 mm × 200 mm window over a 200 mm belt, while the QualiUVCure™ 400 units widen the window to 100 mm × 400 mm over a 400 mm belt. Power adjusts from 10% to 100% through a front-panel knob, and lamp height moves between 10 mm and 100 mm. These three controls give the operator direct command over delivered dose.
