Testing Procedure:

  • Place the sample on the lower tray of the instrument and adjust the height accordingly based on the sample size.
  • Set the desired sealing temperature, time, and pressure.
  • Initiate the instrument with a single key press, prompting the fixture to heat seal the sample according to the set parameters.
  • In manual mode, activate the heat sealing knife by stepping on the foot switch. The sealing time is determined by the value set on the time control.
  • In automatic mode, the upper and lower heat sealing knives of the heat sealer automatically repeat the sealing process according to the preset time.

  • High-Performance Quality Sensor: Incorporates a world-class temperature sensor with a wide temperature control range, high sensitivity, and temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. It offers ultra-high stability and an exceptionally low failure rate.
  • Independent Control of Heat Sealing Temperature: Features a temperature sensor located at the back of the heat sealing knife, allowing for independent temperature control of the inner and outer sealing knives, which can be set separately.
  • Personalized Test Selection: Offers the flexibility to choose between manual and automatic testing. The automatic mode is time-saving and convenient, providing fully automated, repeatable heat sealing of the sample. In manual mode, a suitable foot switch is provided for activating the heat sealing knife, ensuring easy and safe operation.
  • New Air Drive System: The drive system comprises a pressure gauge, pressure regulating valve, and cylinder. Once compressed air is introduced, the pressure can be adjusted through the pressure valve, accurately locking the air pressure. The heat sealing clamp is pneumatically driven, ensuring convenience and efficiency.
  • Expanded Customization Options: The heat sealing knife can be upgraded with an anti-sticking function as required, enhancing user experience and facilitating intuitive determination of the best heat sealing conditions. Additionally, the shape, size, and smoothness of the sealing knife heat cover can be customized to meet various scientific research needs.
