The QualiXenon™ 400 is a multifunctional standard Xenon Arc Test Chamber, equipped with three US-made Xenon lamps. It offers a choice of daylight, window glass, or extended UV filters to meet all standard requirements.

This Xenon Arc Test Chamber can accommodate up to 25 sample pieces and features not only a spray function but also the capability to control the relative humidity within the working space.

Operators can easily set all required test parameters (such as Irradiance, test time, BPT, etc.) via the touchscreen interface and monitor the Xenon chamber's running status in real time. Additionally, all operational parameters can be exported to a computer through the USB interface for further analysis or record-keeping.

Xenon Arc Test Chamber QualiXenon™ 400 Features:

Three US-made xenon lamps provide higher irradiance energy, fulfilling all test standard requirements.
The relative humidity of the working room can be automatically set and controlled.
Test procedures are fully programmable; up to 6 predetermined procedures can be stored simultaneously. Each procedure can include up to 10 segments of setting data.
The cumulative energy (total irradiance energy) required for a sample to complete a test procedure can be set.
Features a front spray function, allowing users to set spray duration and intervals.
Irradiance energy is precisely controlled through a "Closed-Loop" control system, which automatically compensates for changes in light intensity due to ageing or other factors.
Users can easily calibrate and adjust irradiance or the black panel temperature themselves.
Equipped with a high-precision Pt100 temperature sensor for auto-controlled black panel temperature throughout the process.
Includes an alarm function for protection against over-temperature of BPT or BST, significant irradiance difference, automatic shutdown protection upon door opening, water spray shortage, large humidity error, substantial deviation in working room temperature, and air pressure protection for lamp cooling.
The touch screen and user-friendly interface enable easy setting of test parameters and monitoring of the entire test process.
Specimen mounting and evaluation are quick and straightforward with the unique slide-out specimen tray.
Real-time data collection and recording. An incidental USB connector allows users to transfer test data to a USB drive for unattended operation.
