Disk / Disc Peeling Stripping Tester QualiPeel-B3, is a precision instrument designed for peel and stripping tests on plastic film produced through the gravure printing process, as well as cellophane decorative prints (including composite film prints). This tester is used to evaluate the binding strength of the printing ink layer. Additionally, it can assess the adhesion quality of surface layers formed by processes such as vacuum coating, surface coating, and compounding.
Testing Principle
After setting up the test environment according to the standard, the glass tape paper is bonded to the printing surface of the sample ink using the specified load, rolling speed, and number of rolling cycles. The sample is then allowed to rest for a specific duration. Once adjusted, the tape is peeled off at a designated pressure and stripping speed. The condition of the ink layer being peeled off is observed to evaluate the adhesion strength of the printing ink layer.
