The QualiAFPT Automatic Flash Point Tester is designed based on the rapid equilibrium closed cup method. It efficiently tests the flash point of coatings, paints (including water-based paints), varnishes, lacquer bases, adhesives, solvents, Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME), chemical reagents, flavors, spices, solid chemical products, viscous chemical products, air fuel oil, petroleum, and related items.

This series of Closed Cup Automatic Flash Point Testers come in two variations based on temperature range, and they comply with ISO 3679, ISO 3680, ASTM D 3278, ASTM D3828, and other relevant standards.

Automatic Flash Point Tester Key Features:

  • Can detect the flash point within a specific temperature range, either between -30°C and 100°C (QualiAFPT/1) or at room temperature up to 300°C (QualiAFPT/2), with an average rate of heating.
  • All functions are accessible via touch screen and digital display.
  • Equipped with two test procedures: rapid balanced mode and average rate heating mode.
  • Users can set various parameters such as heating mode, time, temperature, and average rate heating.
  • Automatic planning board action facilitates ignition decline and flash point detection.
  • Gas ignition sources can be provided directly by the laboratory or from portable butane gas tanks.
  • Includes a built-in cooling module to shorten cooling time between tests.
  • Automatically amends barometric pressure.

These features ensure accurate and efficient flash point testing for a wide range of substances.
