QualiAFA I

QualiAFA I, II, and III Models: Feature a specially machined vacuum suction-gas plate with high smoothness (the entire plate's flatness is less than 5 microns) and special hardening treatment, ensuring a smooth and secure adsorption of all substrate types.

QualiAFA IV Model: Comes with a specially machined glass plate with high smoothness (the entire plate's flatness is less than 20 microns), which is also easy to clean.

  • An optimally designed vacuum plate ensures uniform suction power distribution (exclusive to QualiAFA I, II, and III Models).
  • An external vacuum pump eliminates all vibration from the traditional in-machine pump structure (exclusive to the QualiAFA I, II, and III Models).

These enhancements make the QualiAFA Automatic Film Applicator Series, essential tools for achieving precise and reproducible coating applications.
