Basic Vision Measuring Machine (VMM) – QualiVMM™ Basic 400 Series Applications

• Precision machined parts (2D geometry checks)
  • Measures lengths, diameters, radii, angles, and positions from captured edges for shop-floor QC and incoming inspection. The 0.5 µm axis resolution helps track small dimensional drift between lots.
• Electronics and connector components
  • Supports fast visual measurement of small features, pads, slots, and outline dimensions where contact tools risk damage. Adjustable LED surface and contour lighting improves edge contrast on mixed finishes.
• Injection-molded and stamped parts
  • Useful for comparing critical dimensions on parts that deform under contact force. The zoom lens and camera help reduce operator interpretation when checking burrs, flash lines, and profile boundaries.
• 2.5D measurements and height-related checks (optional upgrade)
  • With optional contact probe and 3D measurement software, the system can be upgraded toward contact-based 3D capability for features that need tactile measurement. Semi-automatic measurement is also available with an autofocus module option.
