Multi-function Whiteness, Brightness and Color Fastness Tester

The Multi-function Whiteness, Brightness, and Color Fastness Tester QT-WBCF1000 features a touch screen display and operation, integrating light, mechatronics, and micro-computer measurement and control technology. It includes test data statistics processing, enabling quick and accurate measurement of the whiteness (brightness) of various objects. This instrument finds wide application in determining the whiteness of pigments, fillers, or other powders in coatings. Additionally, it is used in papermaking, textile, printing and dyeing, plastics, ceramics, enamel, grain, building materials, and other industries.
The instrument not only measures ISO brightness (R457 whiteness) but also assesses the fluorescent whiteness of fluorescent materials. Furthermore, it determines the brightness stimulation value Y10, transparency, opacity, light scattering coefficient, and absorption coefficient of coatings, paper, and other thin page materials.
 | This multi-functional Whiteness, Brightness and Color Fastness Tester complies with CIE 15 and CIE S 005 standards, simulating D65 illuminant lighting and adopting d/0 lighting observation geometry conditions with a diffusion ball diameter of φ150 mm. It includes two test hole diameters, φ30 mm and φ19 mm, and is equipped with a light absorber to eliminate the influence of specular reflection light (SCE). The peak wavelength of the spectral power distribution of the R457 whiteness optical system is 457 nm, with a half height and width of 44 nm.; |
