Impact Testing System

The HIT series impact tester features a smart dimension measuring device. It directly exports width, thickness, and residual thickness data to the touchscreen. Test results are calculated automatically for greater efficiency.

  • Generates impact speeds of 2.9 m/s & 3.5 m/s (or 3.8 m/s & 3.5 m/s) with a single pendulum, offering multiple energy levels.
  • High-mass pendulum design focuses energy at the impact point, minimizing loss from vibration.
  • Integrated high-resolution encoder ensures precise impact angle measurement.
  • Touchscreen control enables quick parameter input, with interactive software for sample status input (complete, partial hinge break, or unbroken).
  • Connects to a PC via RS232 for direct data acquisition; results can be saved or exported using the included software.
  • Automatically adjusts for energy loss caused by air resistance and mechanical friction.
