Continuous Flow Ultrasonicator – QualiUltra™ Flow Series
A continuous flow Ultrasonicator in the QualiUltra™ Flow Series is designed for inline cell disruption and high-shear processing in a controlled reactor path. It delivers 20 kHz ultrasound through a flow reactor, so samples can be processed continuously instead of batch-by-batch. Two configurations are available to match different throughput needs, while keeping power, frequency, and probe geometry consistent. The system also adds data logging, user permissions, and network connectivity for production-style traceability. Temperature control support helps maintain stable conditions during longer runs.
QualiUltra™ Flow Series is a continuous processing platform built around an ultrasonic reactor module and a 10-inch touchscreen controller. The system supports focused or distributed ultrasonic energy delivery, depending on the model. Power is rated at 750 W with adjustable output, giving flexibility for different viscosities and solids loading. A SUS316 flow reactor supports wet processing and routine cleaning workflows. Built-in storage supports recipe setup and operational recordkeeping.
