Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester - QualiRocky™ D150Pro

QualiRocky™ D150Pro digital Rockwell hardness tester measures the Rockwell hardness of metals and hard plastics for quality-control labs, heat-treatment shops, and production inspection teams. The tester handles hard metals and alloys, non-ferrous metals, alloy steels, tool steels, quenched steels, thin sheets, stainless steels, cast irons, and powder metallurgy materials. It also reads copper and copper alloys, aluminum and aluminum alloys, and hard plastics. A precision stepper motor applies, holds, and releases the test force on every cycle, which keeps results consistent across operators.

Built-in software calculates each hardness value and generates a data curve for every test group, while the 8-inch touchscreen shows readings, statistics, and parameters together. Operators set the indenter type, test force, and force-holding time through clear on-screen icons. The QualiRocky™ D150Pro records results to a built-in printer and exports them over RS-232, Ethernet, and USB. This combination gives labs repeatable measurements and straightforward data handling on a single benchtop unit.
