Durometer Calibration Device
Durometer Calibration Device is designed to verify the forces applied by durometers in accordance with ISO 18898.
It supports all durometer types following DIN, ISO, ASTM, and JIS standards. The device includes:
- A base with a spirit level
- A durable column with an adjustable arm
- A durometer support
- An electronic balance
Constructed from stainless steel and aluminum, the updated design allows compatibility with most leading durometer brands using optional adapters.
The height adjustment mechanism (0.5 mm thread pitch) enables precise positioning of the durometer on the electronic balance to measure values from 10 to 100. Corresponding gram values can be displayed and, if needed, converted into Newtons.
