Testing Principle:
Our Film Heat Shrinkage Tester QualiShrink-D1 operates on the principle of air heating, where the tested sample is connected to both a tension sensor and a displacement sensor. Once the maximum shrinkage force is achieved, the sample is then exposed to an external testing environment with an ambient temperature of 23°C ± 2°C for cooling. Throughout this process, the instrument continuously monitors and records the reference temperature, shrinkage force, and displacement. These recorded data points serve to determine the optimal shrinkage conditions for the film.
