Geomembrane Thickness Gauge - QualiGTX™ TG GM
QualiGTX™ TG GM geomembrane thickness gauge measures polymeric and bituminous barrier sheet at a fixed 20 kPa contact pressure. A digital indicator reads across a 0 to 10 mm range in 0.01 mm divisions, so the operator takes a number from a display instead of interpolating a dial face. Liner manufacturers, waterproofing producers, and construction QC laboratories use the instrument for the routine thickness checks that liner specifications call for on every production lot and every delivered roll.
The gauge is built for one job rather than many. Barrier materials of uniform thickness need a single pressure stage and a flat contact face, which removes the weight changing, presser foot swapping, and multi-stage loading that general geosynthetic thickness instruments carry. Test cycles run shorter, operator training stays brief, and a technician can take readings between production checks without setting up a method first.
Scope reaches past geomembranes to waterproofing materials and flat sheet products in general. Roofing membranes, pond liners, below-grade waterproofing, and comparable polymer or asphalt-based products all measure the same way under the same pressure. The QualiGTX™ TG GM accepts material up to 10 mm thick, which covers the full span of liner gauges specified in containment, hydraulic, and civil works.
