HAST Highly Accelerated Stress Test Chamber

The HAST accelerated aging stress test chamber is widely used for testing the sealing properties of multi-layer circuit boards, IC sealing packages, LCD screens, LEDs, semiconductors, magnetic materials, rare earths, and magnet iron. This chamber can assess the resistance to pressure and air tightness of the products mentioned above.

The purpose of this test is to increase environmental stress factors, such as temperature, and apply working stress elements like voltage and load to the product. This accelerates the testing process and shortens the time needed to assess the product or system's lifespan. The test aims to investigate and analyze the onset of wear and service life issues in electronic components and mechanical parts, determine the shape of the failure distribution function of the service life, and identify the causes behind the increased failure rate.

The HAST accelerated aging stress test chamber is widely used for testing the sealing properties of multi-layer circuit boards, IC sealing packages, LCD screens, LEDs, semiconductors, magnetic materials, rare earths, and magnet iron.   • Separate steam generation room to prevent direct contact between steam and the product, thus avoiding potential damage to the product.
  • Special door lock to reduce the effort required when opening or closing the door.
  • Intelligent exhaust design (exhausting air in the boiler) improves pressure stability and reproducibility.
  • The machine can operate continuously for 400 hours, making it suitable for ultra-long-term experiments.
  • The tank can withstand pressures of up to 140℃, meeting the pressure resistance requirements of a 6kg tank in water pressure testing.
  • A two-stage pressure safety protection device is utilized, which includes a two-stage combined controller and a mechanical pressure protection device.
  • The machine features a two-stage automatic pressure relief button for safety protection and an emergency safety device.

    • The chamber is equipped with over-pressure protection, over-temperature protection, one-button pressure relief, manual pressure relief and multiple safety protection devices to ensure safety during operation.
    • Back pressure door lock device ensures the chamber door cannot be opened when there is pressure inside chamber.
